Fourteen roles, one Data Space: eight roles are to exchange real data from November 2026

Federations, leagues, clubs, arenas, sponsors, and other roles exchange data in Sport-X under shared rules. Each role gets a concrete benefit in money or time.

Become a Participant

Eight roles start in the pilot, four follow in the rollout, two stay in the lab

Six core roles sit at the center of sports

  • Federation

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Reads statistics and venue records directly from clubs and arenas, instead of collecting them by form.

  • League

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Receives verified attendance figures for every match day and no longer reconciles them by hand.

  • Club

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Proves the sponsor's benefits as a Credential, so the payment arrives sooner. Reports statistics once instead of several times.

  • Arena

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Files the venue's inspection records once. League, federation, and city read along, and the phone round disappears.

  • Media

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Reads the schedule as a feed and receives verified figures, instead of copying them by hand.

  • Sponsor

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Retrieves the Credential for the agreed benefits and sees verified proof of what the payment buys.

Ticketing and public authorities start early, equipment suppliers and insurers follow

  • Ticketing

    Reconciles sales with the club and delivers verified attendance figures to the league and trade media.

  • Public authority

    Stage 1: pilot from November 2026

    Reads records and statistics from arenas and clubs. The city sees match days and usage without requesting data.

  • Equipment supplier

    Stage 2: rollout until December 2026

    Sees the fan shop sell-through of a club and commits to a firm restock date.

  • Insurer

    Stage 2: rollout until December 2026

    Reads the inspection records of an arena directly and does not have to request them one by one.

Four roles follow later or show their function in the lab

  • Logistics and mobility

    Stage 2: rollout until December 2026

    Plans arrival and traffic around the arena's match days, instead of asking for them.

  • Energy supplier

    Stage 2: rollout until December 2026

    Receives the energy use per hour of an arena and plans supply and load more precisely.

  • Youth

    Lab: synthetic data

    Shows in the lab, with synthetic data, how parental consent works as a Credential. No real data of minors flows for now.

  • Agency and research

    Lab: synthetic data

    Reads verified figures for studies and campaigns. For now, the role shows its function only in the lab, with synthetic data.

Today there are no real Participants yet, and the number grows from November

Sport-X is in the setup phase. No real Participant uses the Data Space today. All demos run with synthetic data.

The goal: five real Participants by the end of November 2026 and twelve by December 18, 2026. For 2027, more than 25 organizations should commit to joining with a letter of intent.

A letter of intent is not a contract. An organization counts as a Participant once a participation contract, a Data Hub (nexyo fabric), and a MembershipCredential are in place. At least one real exchange follows.
