This portal runs on the domain sport.dataspacebuilder.com. The servers are located at IONOS SE in Germany. nexyo operates them, and IONOS provides the infrastructure on our behalf.

We run the portal on our own server at IONOS in Germany. Server logs contain the IP address, time, requested page, and browser. We delete them after 30 days at the latest.

This portal uses no cookies, no tracking scripts, and no external analytics services. It does not record user behavior and does not share data with third parties.

The portal stores your color scheme and the state of the sidebar in your browser (localStorage), on your device only, with no transfer.

All fonts are stored on the server of this portal. The portal uses no external font services. When a page loads, your browser makes no requests to third-party servers.

The portal links to the demo explorer at sportapp.nexyo.io. nexyo operates it with synthetic data. Your browser leaves this portal only when you click the link.

When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete your details once the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention duty remains.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@nexyo.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We process the server logs based on our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the portal (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
