Sponsors get reach per cohort of 50 or more, never personal data
The broadcaster gives sponsors reach per cohort of 50 or more people, and personal data never leaves the broadcaster.

Problem
A broadcaster knows streaming engagement, audience profiles and social clip performance. Sponsors want to see proof of reach. Personal data must not leave the broadcaster for this.
Solution
The broadcaster groups its audience into cohorts of at least 50 people and publishes the reach report as an Offer. The sponsor requests it under a license and pays a fee for each use. Personal demographics stay with the broadcaster.
Benefit
Sponsors get checkable reach under clear license terms, and the broadcaster keeps control of its audience data. The use case runs in the lab with synthetic data.
