Stage 2: rollout until December 2026
Clubs report their figures once, federation and city read along
Clubs publish their membership figures once as an Offer. Federation and city read along instead of sending their own forms.

- Federation
- Public authority
Problem
Federation, city and funding bodies ask clubs for membership figures with their own forms and spreadsheets. Each club enters the same numbers several times.
Solution
Each club publishes its totals for the cutoff date December 1, 2026 as an Offer in its own Data Hub (nexyo fabric). Federation and city read with their Credential and a fixed purpose. The club merges cells below 10 people. The report runs in parallel to the official report and does not replace it.
Benefit
One entry replaces several forms, estimated at 2 to 3 hours of admin time per club and year (assumption). For a club with several departments it is 1 to 2 days (assumption).
