Problem
The club reconciles each home match by hand: date, venue, capacity, tickets sold and scanned. A rescheduling goes by email to five bodies. Leagues collect attendance figures in different formats.
Solution
The club publishes a fixture feed as an Offer for each home match. After the match, the ticketing provider delivers the figures on behalf of the club as a signed Credential. The club reconciles sales and entry and shares the result as an Offer. Policies set who sees what: trade media see dates, the league sees counts per match, and sponsors see sales under contract, later market researchers too.
Benefit
The club saves an estimated 1 to 2 hours of reconciliation per home match (assumption: manual today). A rescheduling goes out once instead of by email to five bodies.
