Stage 2: rollout until December 2026
Arena and club release match days and venue use to the city
The arena publishes event calendar, attendance and usage report. The city pulls them itself instead of email and spreadsheets.

- Public authority
- Logistics and mobility
Problem
Arena and club report to the city by email and spreadsheet what happens in the venue. The usage report takes manual work. Before big events the city asks for details.
Solution
The arena publishes event calendar, attendance per home match and a quarterly report as Offers in its Data Hub (nexyo fabric). The city pulls the data itself with the role public authority, and the Policy blocks a sponsor. Later an arrival forecast from the ticket count follows, aggregated from 50 people.
Benefit
The usage report is no longer manual work, estimated at 2 to 3 workdays per report (assumption). Traffic control and deployment can be planned days earlier, not on match day (assumption).
