Problem

A club sells jerseys, scarves and training wear in the fan shop and on match day. The reconciliation with the equipment supplier runs by spreadsheet and email (assumption). In December common sizes are missing, and in January leftover stock sells at a discount.

Solution

The club shares sales per item, size and week as an Offer each week. The equipment supplier returns stock and the next delivery window and commits to the restock. Buyer data and prices stay with the club, and passing data to a second supplier is forbidden.

Benefit

Fewer sold-out sizes in December and less discounted leftover stock in January. The weekly spreadsheet reconciliation by email is no longer needed, estimated at 2 to 3 hours per week (assumption).
